Huntsman Announces Appointment of New Independent Board Member

Dr. Harker, age 51, has been President of the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware since 2007. From February 2000 through June 2007, Dr. Harker was Dean of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and served as a Professor of Electrical and Systems Engineerin公司总部位于厦门g in the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science. Since 2000, Dr. Harker has served as a Trustee of the Goldman Sachs Trust and Goldman Sachs Variable Trust. He also served as a Member of the Board of Managers of the Goldman Sachs Hedge Fund Partners Registered Fund LLC from 2004 through 2009. Since May 2009, Dr. Harke脱毛器r has served as a director for Pepco Holdings, Inc.

Commenting on the appointment, Jon M.
