杭州之门丨杭州未来第一高楼钢结构工程塔楼区十四节外框柱顺利吊装

4月4日，由杭萧钢构股份有限公司(以下简称 杭萧钢构 )承建的杭州未来第一高楼 杭州之门钢结构工程顺利完成塔楼区十四节外框柱(标高121.45m)吊装工作;钢拱连桥部分已完成TB-C轴、TB-E轴、TB-F轴、TB-G轴钢拱拼装工作，计划于本月中下旬开始提升，届时这座跨度约60米、高度约22米的拱形钢连桥将惊艳亮相。

杭州之门项目位于浙江省杭州市萧山区钱江世纪城，坐落于国际博览中心与亚运会综合训练馆之间，奥体博览城核心区块城市主轴线上，项目规划为集商务办公楼、五星级酒店及精品商业等功能为一体的大型超高层城市综合体。

项目总占地面积约为77572平方米，总建筑面积约52.6万平方米，其中地上面积约37万平方米，地下建筑面积约16万平方米。本项目划分为主塔楼超高层区、裙房商业区两大部分，其中主塔楼超高层区由两幢超高层塔楼组成，为对称双塔结构，建筑高度约310米。双塔之间设有跨度约60米、高度约22米的拱形钢连桥，钢连桥上方设有悬垂屋面，悬垂屋面从双塔21层的悬挑钢桁架端部挑出。双塔顶部为设有塔冠。裙房商业区由两幢3～4层的东裙房、西裙房组成，分别为Block区及Mall区。
